➤ What is a film cassette?
Film cassettes are the little bulky cylinders that filmstrips are rolled into. Once the film is all shot through with your camera, there is a way to remove the filmstrip for development without cracking open the film cassette. Making the film cassettes into keychains is a great way to repurpose them into collector's items and/or gifts, and that way less of them go into landfills.

➤ How do you make them into keychains?
Each film cassette is made into a keychain by hand. It's not many steps but it takes time to make each one look presentable. There is no machine to assist in any way—just me, myself, and I.

➤ Where are you located?
In Canada.

➤ Where do you ship?
Unfortunately, I only ship to Canada and the United States. However, please email me at [email protected] if you're outside of these countries and I'll see what I can do. Due to certain circumstances, I am unable to ship to some countries.

➤ What method of payment do you take?
Use your PayPal account to make your purchase. Prices are in CAD and applicable taxes will apply.

➤What is your shipping policy?
Each order will be processed within 3-7 business days. All items will be shipped with full tracking. Items will be packaged in recycled/reused packaging material—all about the environment and sustainability here!

Shipping costs are determined at checkout and is based on weight and the shipping destination. Shipping time will depend on the item's country of destination and delays, which are out of my control, may occur.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

➤ What is your return policy?
As each item is handmade making each item is slightly unique. There will be some imperfections and therefore, returns are not accepted. However, if your item arrives completely damaged (e.g. film canister is broken into pieces), please email me, no later than 14 days from the day it arrived, at [email protected] and I will send you a refund, which will be processed via PayPal.
